Turf Calculator
To calculate how much turf you require for a square or rectangle shape garden you must times the length by the width e.g.
if you garden is 5m by 5m you would require 25m, however we recommend adding an additional 10% to allow for cutting the turf.
Each roll of turf is 1sq M.
Length x Width eg 10x 20 = 200
To convert sq ft to sq yds divide total by 9 eg 200/ 9 =22.2 sq yds
To convert to sq yds to sq mts / 1.2 ie 22 /1.2 = 18.3 sq mts
For Triangles work out as a square and dived the total by 2 10x20 =200 /2 =100
